Singapore, 18 October 2024: Defender is proud to return as the Official Vehicle Partner for Wonderfruit 2024, taking place from 12 to 16 December in The Fields at Siam Country Club in Chonburi, Thailand. Defender will provide a fleet of Defender 90, 110 and 130 models with all-terrain capability to transport headline artists and guests staying at Boutique Camping.


Since its founding in 2014, Wonderfruit has become a destination festival. It blends art, culture, music and nature to inspire meaningful experiences and drive sustainability efforts. As the Official Vehicle Partner, Defender merges its commitment to inspiring adventure through music with the local culture and environmental initiatives of Wonderfruit.

Defender drive experience: Exploring all-terrain capabilities


Returning to Wonderfruit in 2024, the Defender Drive Experience will offer boutique camping guests a chance to experience Defender’s off-road capabilities on an exclusive route. Boutique Campers will embark on an exhilarating journey across the diverse terrains of Wonderfruit, experiencing the British adventure brand’s power, precision, and adaptability. Whilst the plug-in electric hybrid credentials of the Defender 110 model will support the festival’s sustainability effort to lower emissions.


  • All-terrain adaptability: Defender’s air suspension system allows the vehicle to switch to off-road height, providing up to 75mm of additional clearance, with a further 70mm for extreme off-road conditions, making it perfectly suited for the festival’s dynamic landscape

  • Fast charging capabilities: One of the few PHEVs capable of rapid DC charging, the Defender 110 plug-in hybrid can charge using a standard Mode 3 cable plugged into a 7kW public or domestic wall box to 80% in as little as two hours, while a standard domestic socket and a Mode 2 charging cable will charge to the same level in seven hours. If using a rapid DC charger, it takes just 30 minutes to charge to 80 per cent.
